輕鋼龍骨是以優質的連續熱鍍鋅板帶為原材料，經冷彎工藝軋制而成的建筑用金屬骨架，用于以紙面石膏板、裝飾石膏板等輕質板材做飾面的非承重墻體和建筑物屋頂的造型裝飾。

    

　　優點：輕鋼龍骨一般是用鍍鋅鋼板冷彎或沖壓而成，是木龍骨的升級產品，主要優點是防火，防潮，強度大，施工效率高、安全可靠、抗沖擊和抗震性能好，可提高防熱、隔聲效果。

    

　　缺點：輕鋼龍骨較木龍骨價格高，同時裝修時占用的頂面空間會較大，此外輕鋼龍骨只能做直線條，不能做特殊造型。

  

    

  　　輕鋼龍骨吊頂施工工藝  

       

  　　一、準備工作  

       

  　　1、吊頂工程在施工前應熟悉施工圖及設計說明。  

       

  　　2、吊頂工程在施工前應熟悉現場。施工前應按設計要求對房間凈高，洞口標高和吊頂內的管道、設備及其支架標高進行交接檢驗。對吊頂內的管道，設備的安裝及管道試壓進行驗收。  

       

  　　3、吊頂工程在施工中應做好各項施工記錄，收集好各種有關文件。進場驗收記錄和復驗報告、技術交底記錄。材料的產品合格證書、性能檢測報告。  

       

  　　4、按設計要求選用龍骨及配件和罩面板，材料品種、規格、質量應符合設計要求。  

       

  　　5、對人造板材的甲醛含量進行復檢，檢測報告應符合國家環保規定要求。  

       

  　　6、吊頂工程中的預埋件，鋼筋吊桿和型鋼吊桿應進行防銹處理。  

       

  　　二、施工工藝流程  

       

  　　頂棚標高彈水平線→劃龍骨分檔線→安裝水電管線并調試→安裝主龍骨→安裝次龍骨→安裝罩面板→安裝壓條。  

       

  　　三、施工要點  

       

  　　1、彈線：用水準儀在房間內每個墻角上抄出水平點，彈出水準線，從水平線量至吊頂設計高度加上12mm(一層石膏板厚)，用墨線沿墻彈出水準線，即為主次龍骨的下皮線。同時，按吊頂平面圖，在頂板彈出主龍骨的位置。主龍骨應從吊頂中心向兩邊分，最大間距為1000mm。并標出吊桿的固定點，吊桿固定點間距900~1000mm，如遇到梁和管道，固定點大于設計和規程要求，應增加吊桿的固定點。  

       

  　　2、固定吊掛桿件：采用膨脹螺栓固定吊掛桿件，不上人的吊頂，吊桿長度小于1000，可采用φ6吊桿;如大于1000mm，應采用φ8吊桿，還應設置反向支撐。  

       

  　　3、安裝邊龍骨：邊龍骨的安裝應按設計要求彈線，沿墻上的水平龍骨線把L形鍍鋅輕鋼條用自攻螺絲固定在預埋木磚上，如為砼墻(柱)可用射釘固定，射釘間距應不大于吊頂次龍骨的間距。  

       

  　　4、安裝主龍骨：  

       

  　　主龍骨應吊掛在吊桿上，主龍骨間距900～1000mm，主龍骨宜平行房間長向安裝，同時應起拱，起拱高度為房間跨度的1/200～1/300。主龍骨懸臂段不應大于300mm，否則應增加吊桿。  

       

  　　主龍骨接長應采取對接，相鄰龍骨的對接頭要相互錯開，主龍骨掛好后應基本調平。跨度大于15m以上的吊頂，應在主龍骨上，每隔15m加一道大龍骨，并垂直主龍骨焊接牢固。  

       

  　　5、安裝次龍骨：  

       

  　　次龍骨應緊貼主龍骨安裝，次龍骨間距300~600mm。用T形鍍鋅鐵片連接件把次龍骨固定在主龍骨上時，次龍骨兩端應搭在L形邊龍骨的水平翼緣上。墻上應預先標出次龍骨中心線的位置，以便安裝罩面板時找出次龍骨位置。  

       

  　　當用自攻螺絲釘安裝板材時，板材接縫處必須安裝在寬度不小于40mm的次龍骨上，次龍骨不得搭接。在通風、水電等洞口周圍應設附加龍骨，附加龍骨的連接用拉鉚釘鉚固。  

       

  　　6、罩面板安裝：  

       

  　　飾面板應在自由狀態下固定，防止出現彎棱、凸鼓的現象。石膏板的長邊應沿縱向次龍骨鋪設，自攻螺絲與紙面石膏板邊的距離，用面紙包封的板邊以10~15mm為宜，切割的板邊以15~20mm為宜。  

       

  　　固定次龍骨的間距，一般不應大于600mm，釘距以150~170mm為宜，螺絲應于板面垂直，已彎曲、變形的螺絲應剔除，并在相隔50mm的部位另安螺絲，石膏板的接縫，應按設計要求進行板縫處理。  

       

  　　紙面石膏板與龍骨固定，應從一塊板的中間向板的四邊進行固定，不得多點同時作業，螺絲釘頭宜略埋入板面，但不得損壞板面，釘眼應作防銹處理并用石膏膩子抹平。  

  

    

　　輕鋼龍骨按用途有吊頂龍骨和隔斷龍骨，按斷面形式有V型、C型、T型、L型龍骨。

    

　　1、輕鋼龍骨規格系列

    

　　隔斷龍骨主要規格分為Q50、Q75和Q100。

    

　　吊頂龍骨主要規格分為D38、D45、D50和D60。

    

　　2、輕鋼龍骨規格標記方法

    

　　輕鋼龍骨的標記順序為：產品名稱、代號、斷面形狀的寬度、高度、鋼板厚度和標準號。如斷面形狀為“C”型，寬度為50mm，高度為  15mm，鋼板厚度為1.5mm的吊頂龍骨標記為：建筑用輕鋼龍骨“DC  50X15X1.5  GBllg  sl”。

    

　　3、輕鋼龍骨質量判斷

    

　　外觀質量輕鋼龍骨外形要平整，棱角清晰，切口不允許有影響使用的  毛刺和變形。鍍鋅層不許有起皮、起瘤、脫落等缺陷。對于腐蝕、損傷、黑斑、麻點等缺陷，按規定方法檢測時應符合表2-81的規定。外觀質量檢查時，應在距產品0.5m處光照明亮的條件下，進行目測檢查。輕鋼龍骨表面應鍍鋅防銹，其雙面鍍鋅量：優等品不小于120g/m*m，一等品不小于100g/m*m，合格品不小于80g/m*m
